This notice identifies who provides Sinapti (https://app.sinapti.com) and explains how to get in touch, as required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).

As an individual, the owner is not registered in the Spanish Companies Register. The activity needs no prior administrative licence and is not a regulated profession.
Intellectual property
The software, design, texts and the Sinapti brand belong to the owner or to whoever licensed them. You may use them in order to use the service; any other use requires permission. Whatever you create in Sinapti is yours, as the Terms and Conditions explain.
Contact and notices of illegal content
The email address and phone number above serve both users and authorities: they are the points of contact required by articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act. A person answers, not an automated system, in Spanish or English.
If you find content on Sinapti that you believe is illegal, for example on a public link, email privacy [at] sinapti [dot] com with:
- the exact address (URL) of the content;
- why you believe it is illegal;
- your name and email address;
- a statement that, in good faith, what you tell us is accurate and complete.
We will confirm that we received it and tell you what we decided and why.
Complaints
You can complain by email, by phone or in writing to the address above. We will give you a reference number and a receipt, and reply within 15 days at most.
The official complaint forms of the Community of Madrid are available to you: ask for them through any of those channels and we will send them.
Sinapti does not take part in any alternative consumer dispute resolution scheme. If we do not resolve your complaint, when we reply we will tell you in writing at least one body competent to hear it and whether we agree to take part in that procedure. You can always go to the courts as well.
Governing law and courts
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, you keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts where you live.
