This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website and service available
at https://app.sinapti.com (hereinafter, the "Site" or "Sinapti"), in
compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information
Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
The Spanish version of this Legal Notice is the authoritative text. This English version is provided as a faithful translation for the convenience of the user; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

The owner is a natural person carrying out their activity as a self-employed sole trader (autónomo). As a natural person, the owner is not registered with the Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil). Likewise, the activity carried out does not constitute a regulated professional activity subject to a professional association (colegio profesional), nor is it subject to any prior administrative authorisation that would be applicable or require mention under Article 10 of the LSSI-CE.

2. Purpose and scope
The purpose of this Legal Notice is to govern the general conditions of access to and use of the Site, as well as to provide the identifying details of its owner.
Sinapti is a web application that provides a personal productivity service in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, designed for organising tasks, projects and notes in accordance with the GTD methodology. The specific conditions for contracting and using the service are governed by the Terms and Conditions, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, documents that supplement this Legal Notice.
Access to the Site confers on the person accessing it the status of user (the "User") and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published at any given time. If the User does not agree with its content, they must refrain from using the Site.
3. Conditions of access and use
The User undertakes to make diligent and lawful use of the Site and of its contents and services, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice. In particular, the User agrees to:
- Use the Site lawfully, refraining from using it for unlawful purposes or effects, or in a manner that harms the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use by other Users.
- Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information in registration forms and processes, and keep such data updated, being solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made.
- Diligently safeguard their access credentials (username and password), which are personal and non-transferable, assuming responsibility for any use made of their account.
- Not introduce, store or disseminate through the Site any software, data, viruses, code or any other instrument capable of causing damage to the systems of the owner or of third parties.
- Not carry out reverse-engineering activities, massive automated data extraction (scraping), or attempts at unauthorised access to restricted areas, systems or services of the Site.
- Respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the owner and of third parties as set out in this Legal Notice.
Access to certain features of the service requires the registration of a User account. The service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.
The owner reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Site, without prior notice, to Users who breach this Legal Notice.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The Site as a whole —including, by way of example and without limitation, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and other elements that make it up— is the property of the owner or, where applicable, of the third parties who have licensed their rights, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
The name Sinapti, as well as its distinctive signs, logos and trade name, are the property of the owner of the Site. Their use without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited.
All rights are reserved. Access to the Site does not grant the User any right or title over its intellectual or industrial property elements. Consequently, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Site without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law.
The content generated by the User (their items, projects, notes, tags and files) is their exclusive property; the owner processes it solely to provide the service under the terms described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
5. Disclaimer of liability
The owner provides the service with the greatest possible diligence, although it cannot fully guarantee:
- Availability and continuity. That the Site will operate without interruption or be free from errors. The owner may temporarily suspend access for reasons of maintenance, security, updates or causes beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for damages arising from the lack of availability or continuity of the Site.
- Content. Despite ensuring the accuracy of the information published, the owner does not guarantee the absence of errors in the content of the Site, nor that it is permanently up to date, without prejudice to its obligation to correct such content when it becomes aware of these circumstances.
- Security. Although the owner adopts reasonable technical and organisational measures, it cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations to the User's computer systems.
The foregoing is without prejudice to any liability that, under consumer protection law and other applicable mandatory legislation, cannot be excluded or limited.
6. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for informational purposes only and for the convenience of the User.
The owner assumes no responsibility for the content, services, policies or privacy practices of the third-party sites accessible through such links, nor does it exercise any control over them. The inclusion of a link does not imply approval, recommendation or identification of the owner with the statements, content or services offered therein. The User's access to such sites is at their own exclusive risk and subject to the conditions of use applicable to them.

7. Data protection
The processing of Users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy
(available at /privacy), drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the
guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookies Policy
(available at /cookies), drawn up in accordance with the LSSI-CE and the Spanish
Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guidelines on the use of cookies.
The User is advised to read both documents, which form an integral part of the legal framework of the Site.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with the law.
Where the User qualifies as a consumer within the meaning of consumer protection law, the mandatory jurisdiction established by law in their favour shall prevail, and the foregoing provisions shall not limit the rights granted to them by the applicable legislation, including, where appropriate, the jurisdiction corresponding to their place of residence.
